About:

The Research and Consultancy Office (RCO), as part of the organizational structure of GUtech, will advise, guide, and support GUtech researchers in all phases of their projects (Research and/or Consultancy).

Summary:

This role requires an energetic, dedicated and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks. This individual is a team-player with an entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.

Candidate Profile Education:

Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Address specific requests from researchers by liaising with relevant departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance and HR) to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Plan, organize, and manage various events and visits, ensuring all logistical aspects are smoothly handled.
  • Carefully follow established procedures and provide guidance on their proper implementation, ensuring compliance across teams.
  • Ensure traceability by maintaining accurate records and organized files, contributing to seamless access and accountability.
  • Write detailed reports and summaries of activities to track progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure document traceability, and prepare clear and comprehensive meeting minutes.
  • Support the collection, verification, and organization of data, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Manage relationships with industry stakeholders ensuring timely follow-up on all collaboration matters.
  • Provide regular updates to the RCO director, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the office by facilitating communication and support.
