We are seeking an experienced and qualified General Manager (Admin & Finance) to oversee our organization’s day-to-day operations and financial well-being. As our second-in-command, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of all departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team. We are looking for a decisive and strategic leader with a proven track record in managing complex operations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Establish clear objectives for organizational performance and growth.
- Formulate policies that align with the company’s culture and vision.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.
- Motivate and empower employees to achieve peak performance.
- Analyze data and key metrics to measure and improve operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit reports to the CEO on critical business matters.
- Partner with the CEO in securing funding and developing investment strategies.
- Lead the company’s growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances.
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors.
Requirements and Skills:
- Omani National
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field is plus.
- ACCA, CFA, CFP, CAIA, and other international professional certificates are strong plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of demonstrably successful experience in a C-level or senior management role
- In-depth understanding of core business functions like finance, HR, operations, safety, marketing, etc.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and business development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and performance metrics
- Prior experience with fundraising and tenders is a plus.

- Superior interpersonal and public speaking abilities
- Decisive and solution-oriented approach
Budgeted Salary: OMR 2500 – 2800
