This role provides necessary administrative support to the HR team for handling documents, preparing letters, filing and related administrative activities.

Job Description:

  1. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  2. Assist with the execution of full recruitment life cycle.
  3. Prepare all types of employment contracts/letters and create personnel files with full documentation.
  4. Maintain employees’ information in their personal files as well as in ERP on regular basis.
  5. Maintain filing system for HR records and documents.
  6. Coordinate with Transportation and PROs on all legal documentation and day to day field activities (Visas, work permits, medical, driving license, Civil IDs, etc.).
  7. Represent the company in related government authority offices such as Ministry of Manpower, or Immigration Department of the Royal Oman Police as well as Sanad Offices as and when required.
  8. Visit off-site company locations whenever necessary to provide HR support for OES and subsidiary staff.
  9. Any other task assigned by the line manager.

 

Skills, knowledge & abilities

  • Diploma certificate or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration and 3-5 years of relevant working experience in HR.
  • Omani nationals required with essential Arabic and English language skills. Other GCC nationals can apply.
  • Ability to coordinate preparation and implementation of tasks with Public Relations Manager and OES subsidiary Admin staff to get the work done on time.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws.
  • Ability to work on MS Suite is essential, experience with ERP systems is a plus.
