To provide assistance to the HR department and work on improving efficiency of services to all staff and affiliates.

Human Resources Executive

 

  1. REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES
  • Only Omani nationals can apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Administration.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR operations.
  • Experience in legal/contracts is preferred.

 

 

  1. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure smooth delivery of tactical and operational function in Human Resource department.
  • Provide service to permanent, short-term, trainee, interns and student helpers across all businesses and subsidiaries under OES.
  • Responsible for ensuring the legal and ethical compliance of employee relations and all HR activities.
  • Responsible for development and delivery of the HR functional business plan
  • Ensuring that OES and its’ subsidiaries are compliant with the relevant HR standards and responsible for audits.
  • Performing Performance Management.
  • Handling Recruitment and Training.
  • Liaison with relevant ministries and government authorities and sending them required reports on a timely basis.
  • Well versed with Omani Labor laws
  • Any other administration related work.
