Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an organized A–Z filing system (physical & digital).
  • Audit, clean, and standardize file structures, naming, and retention practices.
  • Develop and standardize HR letter templates (salary, employment, NOCs, etc.).
  • Ensure system-generated letters auto-fill accurate employee data.
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Generate official HR letters including Employment letters, NOC letters and Bank and salary letters

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Available to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Preferable 1-2 years’ experience in HR.
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
