Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an organized A–Z filing system (physical & digital).
- Audit, clean, and standardize file structures, naming, and retention practices.
- Develop and standardize HR letter templates (salary, employment, NOCs, etc.).
- Ensure system-generated letters auto-fill accurate employee data.
- Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Generate official HR letters including Employment letters, NOC letters and Bank and salary letters
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Available to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferable 1-2 years’ experience in HR.
- Experience with ERP/HR systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
