| The Student Dorms Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of student residential facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, well-maintained, and supportive living environment. | ||||
| Key Tasks and Responsibilities | ||||
· Distribute to students’ access cards as assigned and when required. · Respond to parents/guardians concerns in a tactful way. · Coordinate with accommodation supervisor about trips and activities for student. · Inspect rooms at the end of the tenancy agreement by following the appropriate procedure and using the relevant forms as developed and implemented by line manager. · Keep records of the storeroom and stock sheets. · Work closely with the accommodation supervisor to document repairs, maintenance, and damages. · Maintain a professional relationship with students. · Resolve disagreements and issues that may arise among students. · Call in security personnel and the nurse for matters that are within their scope. · Call in & send messages to parents/guardians to collect students that are not well. · Assist in conducting surveys and administrative duties as assigned by line manager. · Assist in conducting events and activities as assigned by line manager. · Cover duties and any others on times designated by line manager.

| Education/ Professional Qualification | · Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered). | |||
| Work Experience | · Diploma/Fresh Graduate | |||
| Core Competencies and personal Attributes | · Operationally excellent with strong attention to detail and accuracy
